I was first introduced to Traditional Chinese Medicine about 10 years ago. I used to suffer from a sciatica where no pain killer or anti inflammatory helped, but only Acupuncture and traditional Chinese Herbal Formula did. Not only the sciatica was cured but I had better sleep, digestion, and an overall sense of well-being.
My life-changing experience with Acupuncture propelled me to learn and follow the path so I can help others on their journey to optimum health.
As an acupuncturist and nutritionist I am following in the path of practitioners who have trained in and refined techniques for thousands of years. A holistic approach is integral to my service.
I practice traditional Chinese medicine that is grounded in thorough diagnostic techniques and treats both the root courses and the presenting symptoms of ill health. The holistic approach, at the core of TCM, enables me to provide you with the best possible and uniquely tailored personalised treatment plan. My mission is to support my patients on their journey back to their optimal physical health and mental well being..
I take the time to carefully understand each patient so I can treat the whole person and not just the isolated symptoms. Through this detailed process my patients usually find that there is marked improvement both in their symptoms as well as in their overall health.

Acupuncture Acupuncture is an ancient Chinese medicine-based form of alternative medicine. It is used to treat a variety of conditions by triggering specific point on the skin with needles. The needles are as thin as a strand of hair.
Acupuncture points are believed to stimulate the central nervous system. This, in turn, releases chemicals into the muscles, spinal cord, and brain. These biochemical changes may stimulate the body's natural healing abilities and promote physical and emotional well-being..
Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which a therapist puts special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction. People get it for many purposes, including to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage.
Cupping increases blood circulation to the area where the cups are placed. This may relieve muscle tension, which can improve overall blood flow and promote cell repair. It may also help form new connective tissues and create new blood vessels in the tissue.
Massage treats patients by using touch to manipulate the muscles and other soft tissues of the body. Massage therapies aim to relieve pain, help heal injuries, improve circulation, relieve stress, increase relaxation, and aid in the general wellness of patients.
A sports massage focuses on enhancing circulation, increasing tissue elasticity and reducing muscle tension. Sports massage is also used to help relieve tight muscles. Muscle tightness can limit flexibility, increase pain and cause future injuries. Sports massage helps release muscle tightness.
